With over 20 years in the outdoors industry, Mike has held almost any job there is. From scraping skis to product design if it slides or rides Mike will give it a try. Born and raised in Northern California, His adventures have taken him all over. With stints in Tahoe, Southern California and now in the hills of Idaho, Mike is most at home is the hills with a smile on his face.

Trier is one of the rare individuals that can pull off pump heals one day and a pump action shotgun the next. Born in her name sake town in Germany and a brief relocation to Texas, Trier spent most of her years in Orange Co California. Trier got the amazing opportunity to spend her summers living and working in Hailey Idaho, a true beach to mountains life. With a background in Fashion and Merchandising, Trier has a unique take on the term Mountain Momma.
Olive Craig

As our tester in training, Olive gets to live the good life. Spending the summers hanging around the camp site, on the creek or riding a sheep in Mutton Busting comps, she truly is our Idaho girl. There's nothing better that a girl and the fresh air of nature. Go get em kid!
